RingWraps is hiring!
We are looking for up to two part-time sales associates in the Bryan/College Station Greater Area. Please keep in mind, most scheduled work hours will follow retail hours and be concentrated from Thursday-Sunday afternoons/evenings and targeted during most large college events including, but not limited to, FOOTBALL GAMES, graduations, Aggie Ring Days, etc.. Payment Structure: Hourly + Commission
A RingWraps Sale Associate will be the front line of the company sales force. They will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while also demonstrating superior product knowledge. This person should be ambitious, independent and self-motivated to deliver world class service while maintaining a professional customer experience at the highest level of integrity. RingWraps Sales Associates pride themselves on work ethic, enthusiasm, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to help overcome any obstacle or task at hand. Our customers do not just buy jewelry, they are investing in a timeless treasure and we expect all of our sales associates to continuously exhibit an understanding of the true essence and significance of RingWraps.
-High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher preferred.
-Previous selling experience is required
- Must posses superior knowledge of company’s products and what we stand for.
- -Reliable, timely, dependable , trustworthy
-Assist customers in all aspects of service
-Qualify customer needs
-Use clientele program to maintain customer profile and contact information to increase personal sales and build solid customer base.
-Perform all aspects of fulfillment process; including, but not limited to: picking, packing, labeling, shipping.
-Ensure proper processing, presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
-Maintain Recovery & Fill in Standards.
-Establish high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness; ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Superior organizational and time management skills.
- -Social media experience is preferred
-Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to build relationships and influence others.
-Should be comfortable with the use of computers
-Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.
-This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing.
-Available to work retail hours, which will include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
